| Job Description | • Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center; • Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations; • Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and; • Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions. |
| Job Qualifications | • High School Graduates are welcome to apply but must have at least 6 months customer service work related experience;
• SHS Graduates; 2 Year Vocational Course Graduate; College Undergrads and College Grads are welcome to apply even without working experience. • BPO experience is preferred but not required; • Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language; • Excellent Communication and Navigation Skills; • Strong logic and problem-solving skills; • Customer service oriented; • Must be willing to work at home but also willing to work onsite if needed; • Willing to start immediately; • Willing to work with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays. WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS: • Must have a stable internet connection of at least 10 mbps . • Internet connection must be postpaid and wired. • Must have a secure area without any background noises. |
